Retail Security & Risk Deterrence Specialist

ASEL, part of the Argenbright Holdings Group, is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Crawley. You will deter crime on the shop floor, respond to incidents, complete incident reports and collaborate with local authorities. The role requires a valid SIA licence and full training will be provided.

40 hours per week, shift pattern 12:15-20:15, hourly rate £13.60. Previous retail security experience is an advantage but not essential. Excellent communication and reporting are essential to success.
