Retail People Advisor - Hybrid HR Partner

Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Inc. is seeking a People Advisor for a 6 month fixed term contract to shape the employee experience across our Retail teams. You will act as a trusted advisor on employee relations and coach managers through the full lifecycle, including leave, performance, absence and promotions.

You will collaborate with the People Partners to review data, spot trends and help with proactive planning while supporting learning initiatives and evolving policies to stay compliant.
