Your responsibilities:

• General & Retail Operations: Monitorsretail estate compliance through internal platforms, providing clear monthlyupdates on Health & Safety and Security. Delivers confident communicationto retail teams, both digitally and in person, and supports the planning andexecution of key retail calendar events with a focus on Peak Season, H&S,and operational initiatives.


• Facilities Management: Acts as the key link between stores,partners, and external maintenance suppliers. Responds to and managesmaintenance requests via the internal platform while escalating H&S, IT,and Security actions to the Retail Operations Coordinator.


• Health & Safety Supervision: Drives compliance across theretail estate by identifying, monitoring, and reporting risks to safeguardemployees, customers, and the business. Oversees helpdesk reporting, compilingdata on accidents, incidents, and security threats to ensure swift resolutionand proactive prevention.
