Retail Operations & Stock Specialist

Marks & Spencer Plc in Northampton is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, handling stock, deliveries, and other vital behind-the-scenes work to keep the shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers.

This is a physically demanding, fast-paced role requiring flexibility across the wider store, digital tool use to track deliveries and stock, and strong teamwork to keep product flow moving with urgency.
