Retail Excellence Specialist (7am -10am)

Are you an early riser with an eye for detail and a love for beauty? We're on the lookout for a Retail Excellence Specialist to help bring our store to life before the doors open. From perfecting displays to ensuring everything sparkles, you'll play a key role in setting the tone for a flawless customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Transform the store each morning to reflect our brand's premium standards
- Style shelves, refresh testers, and finesse visual displays
- Replenish stock and ensure everything is clean, tidy, and ready to shine
- Work closely with the team to create a welcoming, on-brand environment

This is a perfect role for someone who wants to stay connected to the retail world, loves beauty, and enjoys making things beautiful-before most people have had their first coffee.

Hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM, 5 days/week
