Retail Deputy Manager: Lead Team & Inspire Shoppers

The Works Stores Ltd in Canterbury is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager on an 18 hour contract. You will support the Store Manager to lead the team and deliver an exceptional customer experience, drive commercial performance, maintain high operational standards, and step in during the Store Manager's absence.

You'll motivate and coach the team, help with stock, merchandising and health and safety, and ensure the store is welcoming and well organised.
