Retail Deputy Manager: Lead Store & Inspire Teams

The Works Stores Ltd. invites applications for a Retail Deputy Manager on an 18 hour contract. You will support the Store Manager, lead the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining store standards and smooth day-to-day operations.

You will drive stock control, merchandising, and compliance, while coaching staff, recruiting and training new colleagues, and monitoring performance to improve sales and efficiency. A hands-on, customer-focused leader is essential.
