Job Description

The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Retail Deputy Manager for an 18 hour contract. You'll support the Store Manager to lead a team, drive commercial performance, and ensure excellent customer experience across all store operations.

You'll guide stock management, merchandising, compliance, and health & safety while modelling strong leadership. You'll recruit, train, and develop staff, aiming to improve sales and store efficiency.
