Retail Customer Experience Specialist

One Stop, a Tesco subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our fast-paced retail team in Basingstoke. You will help customers, stock shelves, process payments and keep the store looking welcoming and safe.

You'll contribute to great service by listening to customers and acting on feedback, while working across tills, replenishment and store operations. In this role you'll follow policies, clock in/out accurately, and support the Store Manager when needed.
