Retail Customer Experience Specialist

John Lewis Partnership in Liverpool is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver outstanding service and create memorable in-store experiences. You'll engage with customers, understand their needs and help them find the right products.

You'll maintain shop standards, support till operations, stock levels and displays, and work flexibly across shifts including weekends. Training will cover product knowledge and our commitment to customer care.
