Retail Customer Experience Lead - Weekend Role

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor on a part-time, 12-hour contract. You will support the Shop Manager and lead a team to deliver an exceptional high street customer experience, drive commercial performance and maintain visual standards.

You will coach staff, manage promotions, stock and KPIs, and champion brand values while maintaining great store operations and customer engagement during peak periods and weekends.
