Retail Betting Customer Success Specialist

William Hill is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Exeter shop. You will warmly welcome customers, process bets, and assist with queries while showing customers how to use betting terminals.

You will build relationships and deliver excellent service, champion safer gambling, and assist managers with shop displays and opening/closing tasks. The role offers varied shifts across opening hours 8am-10pm, with rota-based scheduling including evenings and weekends.
