Retail Associate - Running Expert (38 hours) - Trafford Centre

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• To achieve personal KPI s and contribute to overall store performance .

• To contribute to the increase of the stores running sales.

• Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey - from entering the store to leaving the store .

• Help to ensure the store remains as commercial as possible following company guidelines

• Adhere to company's policies and procedures

• Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store

• Perform other duties are required from the management team.

• Get close and connect with local run communities.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS :

• Team Player

• Running expert/Passionate about running

• Demonstrate customer service skills.

• Running product knowledge

• Understand the running brand competition.

• Ability to share running knowledge.

• A passion for retail and sales

• Desire to learn

• Ability to perform basic maths and general retail operational processes
