Retail Assistant Manager - Lead Team, Drive Service & Growth

Farmfoods Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager for our London Road Cowplain shop. This full-time role covers 43 hours across five days, including weekends, with a salary between £31,449.60 and £35,306 per year on a 43 hour contract.

You will work closely with the shop manager to run an efficient shop, coach and mentor retail assistants, recruit when needed, and safeguard operations, deliveries, safety and customer service.
