Retail Assistant Barbour Cannock

We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Sales Assistant in our Barbour store in Cannock Designer Outlet We are currently recruiting for a Part time seasonal contract 8 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Sales Assistantyou will work as part of the team to drive national excellence.
• Provide excellent customer service and help maximise sales andachieve agreed Store targets.
• Become an Barbour Brand ambassador, product knowledge is key to ensureyou are able to effectively serve customers.
• Handlecustomer queries confidently and deal with them in a timelymanner.
• Undertakeall training and development required and actively seek out new opportunitiesto learn.
• Play an active role in supporting the store Management Team withstore standards. Ensuring all products are displayed attractivelywithin our visual merchandising guidelines.
  
• Follow the appropriate incident reporting processes when required.
  

What we are looking for

You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in visual merchandising and fashion. Attention to detail is key, as is having a flexible approach and the ability to work to targets is important.

The store is a Barbour partner store operated by CohesionRetail Group Ltd.

£8.08 - £12.83 per hour depending on age
