Retail Assistant - Part Time, Evenings & Weekends

Hours: 12 hours across 2 days per week.
Pay: £10.95- £12.81 per hour.

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Seacroft, West Yorkshire. The position is permanent part time, with a minimum of 12 hours worked over 2 days each week, including weekday evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday. Availability during those shifts is required.

Pay & Benefits

Pay depends on age:

• Ages 16-20: £10.95 per hour
• Ages 21+: £12.81 per hour

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and hello
• Help customers find items they are looking for
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer packing help, and leave a good impression
• Handle stock, deliver, place products into freezers and shelves
• Work with team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep shops safe, clean and tidy

• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work
• Enjoy being busy, able to manage multiple tasks (deliveries, till, floor, cleaning, stock rotation)
• Reliability - dependable, consistent performance each shift
• Flexibility with shifts, willingness to adapt to rota changes based on team needs
