Retail Assistant - Part Time, Evenings & Weekends

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Plymouth, Devon. The role is a permanent part time position with a minimum of 16 hours across 4 days per week, including weekday evenings and all day on Saturday and Sunday.

Pay

£10.95 per hour for ages , £12.81 per hour for ages 21 and over.

Responsibilities

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, helping to pack and thanking customers.
• Handle stock with care, operating deliveries, placing products into freezers and on shelves.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

• Enjoy being busy and able to handle multiple tasks, from deliveries to the till.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to be a key part of a small team.
• Flexible with shifts; able to adjust hours when needed.
