Retail Assistant - Part Time

Hours: 20 hours across 4 days per week.

Pay: £10.95-£12.81 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Make all customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering assistance and saying thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock shipments with care, quickly placing products into freezers and shelves.
• Work with the team to complete daily and weekly routines to keep the shop safe, clean, and tidy.

Requirements

• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• Ability to work busy shifts, moving between deliveries, till service, shop floor, cleaning and stock rotation.
• Reliable and responsible, meeting shift expectations and not letting the team down.
• Flexibility to adjust shift times to cover for colleagues, with rota planned three weeks in advance.
• Pass an Employment Verification check if offered the position.
