Retail Assistant - Part Time

We are looking to recruit a new retail assistant for our shop in Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire.

Hours

• 20 hours across 4 days per week

Pay

• Ages 16-20: £10.95 per hour
• Ages 21+: £12.81 per hour

Responsibilities

• Make all our customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and simple hello.
• Help customers find the items they are looking for.
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offer help to pack and leave a good impression with a friendly thank you and goodbye.
• Handle stock with care, work deliveries, quickly place products into freezers and onto shelves.
• Work with the rest of the team to complete daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy.

Qualifications

• A friendly, positive, hard working approach to work.
• Enjoy being busy and able to handle multiple tasks throughout a shift.
• Reliable, as you will be an important part of a small team; your colleagues and customers depend upon you to do your best on each shift and not let the team down.
• Flexible for shift changes; rota planned three weeks in advance.
• Will complete an Employment Verification check if successful.
