Retail Assistant - Part Time

Hours: 16 hours across 4 days per week.

Pay: £10.95 £12.81 per hour (age dependent).

Responsibilities:

• Make customers feel welcome with a friendly smile and greeting
• Assist customers in locating items
• Provide fast and friendly service at the tills, offering help to pack and leaving a positive impression with a thank you and goodbye
• Handle stock and deliveries carefully, placing product onto freezers and shelves for customers
• Collaborate with the team to maintain daily and weekly routines that keep the shop safe, clean and tidy

Qualifications:

• Employment Verification check will be required if successful
• Friendly, positive, and hardworking approach to work
• Enjoy working in a busy environment, switching between deliveries, till operations, customer assistance, cleaning, and stock rotation
• Reliable, dependable, and a valuable member of a small team
• Flexible with shifts, with rota planning three weeks in advance and consideration of personal commitments
