Searcys are looking for Waiter/Waitress to join our team at the Pegasus Bar and Restaurant at Inner Temple.

A Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience in events. They act as the main point of contact between the customer and the establishment, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to our guests
• Successfully deliver all food and beverage services
• Participate in the setup of the restaurant and events
• Nurture and develop new commis waiters
• Adhere to all company policies and departmental procedures/training
• Liaise with key people in all necessary areas of the business to ensure the provision of food and service is consistent and in line with menu/standards set by the managers
• Deal effectively and courteously with guest requests, and refer them to the line manager if necessary
• Maintain a hands on and proactive approach
• Work autonomously and as part of a team
• Show passion for food and beverage
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills
