About the Role

As Restaurant Supervisor at Cairn Group, you'll support the leadership team in delivering a smooth, professional and memorable dining experience for every guest.

You'll oversee daily food and beverage service, ensuring high standards in customer satisfaction, staff support, and operational efficiency.

Whether managing shifts, mentoring team members, or responding to guest needs, you'll bring confidence and a passion for hospitality to every part of the dining journey.

You'll also help uphold health and safety standards, manage stock levels, and ensure the team consistently delivers service that meets and exceeds expectations.
