Role Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional VIP/VVIP Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations with precision, elegance, and vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a guest experience that aligns with the exacting standards of Michelin Guide and Forbes Travel Guide, ensuring every detail reflects excellence, sophistication, and exclusivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver flawless, intuitive service tailored to VIP and VVIP guests.
- Champion a service culture that reflects Michelin and Forbes Five-Star standards, ensuring consistency, elegance, and discretion.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and senior leadership to curate bespoke dining experiences and exclusive events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile guests, ensuring their preferences are anticipated and exceeded.
- Oversee daily operations, staffing, training, and performance management with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Drive innovation and refinement in service delivery, ambiance, and guest engagement.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior management role within Mayfair or London's most prestigious dining establishments.
- Proven experience managing VIP/VVIP clientele with discretion and professionalism.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards, including Michelin and Forbes criteria.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Desirable Attributes:
- Experience in Michelin-starred or Forbes-rated venues.
- Familiarity with private members' clubs or ultra-luxury hospitality environments.
- Knowledge of international etiquette and cultural nuances.
