Restaurant Host

Tate Eats operates a range of hospitality venues across the Tate galleries and is looking for an experienced Host to join the Tate Modern Restaurant team on a fixed term contract until 31October2026.

Role Overview

The Host will deliver outstanding customer service in a fast paced environment, working independently and using initiative to support visitors and staff. They will help create a welcoming experience that reflects the cultural ethos of Tate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service, welcoming guests and handling enquiries.
• Work independently, taking initiative to resolve issues and support food and beverage operations.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications

• Pro active and enthusiastic about learning and improving service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage guests.
• Experience working in a hospitality or customer facing role.
• Comfortable working in a busy, dynamic environment.
