What's involved?

A successful Restaurant Host will support accross many areaso of the business, including but not limited to:

Welcome guests in a warm, professional and confident manner

Provide a polished first impression of the restaurant

Possess sound knowledge of restaurant service standards

Manage the restaurant's social media accounts

Capture basic photo or video content when required

Coordinate large bookings and private event support

Process, update and organise all bookings in the reservation system

Keep all operational information structured and accessible
