Restaurant & Retail Manager - Contract Catering

Are you an experienced Restaurant & Retail Manager within the Contract Catering Sector? If so, then I want to hear from you.

I am recruiting for a contract in the City with one of the leading Contract Caterers in London. This site offers a staff dining facility for up to 1000 staff in the building.

As the Restaurant & Retail Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of 10 to deliver the very best standards as well as looking at the business strategy, working with the team to drive the business forward.

• A strong retail/ staff dining background
• Experience in either Contract Catering, or a fresh QSR concept
• A Hands on approach
• A passion for delivering 5 service standards, with the quality of food to match
• Strong Health & Safety and compliance knowledge
