Job title: Restaurant and Bar Manager

Rate of Pay / Hours: Up to £41,000 inc TRONC / 45 hours

Type of Contract: Permanent position

Location: Hotel Du Vin Avon Gorge

Responsibilities

1. As a full-time Bar and Bistro Manager, be responsible for the smooth running of the Bar, Bistro and Meetings Operation, coaching and supporting your team to deliver to the highest standards while ensuring budgeted targets and KPIs are hit.

Qualifications / Experience

1. Experience in running a branded restaurant operation.
2. Looking for a step into a hotel career or already working within a hotel in a Restaurant or Bar Manager position and seeking more responsibility.

Work Pattern & Training

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and require people to work a range of shifts and days. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
