Responsibilities: Provide efficient and professional service in restaurants and bars Assist with mise en place, order taking, and service delivery Support students in developing service skills during training Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety in service and special events Report needs to supervisors or managers Control the daily production, manage the quantities.
