Response Assets Officer
37 hours per week
Monday to Friday with flexi hours and hybrid working
Based at our Head Office, Belfast City Centre
Patch located in Belfast area.
Salary: £36,340.20 - £40,999.20 per annum

About the role
Help ensure our homes remain safe, comfortable and welcoming places to live. As part of our Assets department, you will be part of a well-established 10 person Asset Officer team tasked with overseeing operational asset management across your area, working closely with colleagues and contractors to deliver an excellent service for customers. You'll enjoy a varied role where your expertise helps improve homes and communities, with opportunities to continue learning and developing.
About you
You take pride in delivering high standards and finding practical solutions that improve homes and services. Working collaboratively comes naturally to you, and you're confident building relationships with customers, contractors and colleagues. You'll have a minimum for three years demonstrable experience in a construction, building maintenance or property management environment and a relevant third level qualification Alternatively, we'll consider exceptional candidates with five years' relevant experience in place of a qualification.
