Job Description

My client is a fast-growing HRTech of close to 50 people based in Brussels. With zero customer churn over five years and an NPS of 50+, the product speaks for itself.


Due do their growth, they're now hiring an Account Executive to lead the large corporate segment.


What you'll do:


  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle (from qualified lead to close) in the North of the country.
  • Work closely with 2 SDRs.
  • Highly account-based sales motion with strong inbound support.
  • Full autonomy after onboarding - no micro-management.


Who you are:

  • 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS experience, focused on enterprise ideally in HR.
  • Hunter mindset with a strong track record of closing
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
  • You thrive in autonomy, and love a smart, mission-driven team
  • Used to complex selling (4+ month) with high value (50k+ in ARR on average)
