We're looking for a permanent Resourcing Consultant to join our team to help us find amazing talent which will shape the future of Severn Trent.

What you'll be involved in:- Partnering with Resourcing Business Partners and hiring managers to understand resource requirements for the business area you will be supporting.
- Proactively sourcing, engaging, and building relationships with high potential candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, networking, internal talent pools).
- Delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring communications are clear and there is a seamless flow throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Supporting our end to end recruitment process from writing job adverts, to scheduling interviews and delivering constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
You'll be based at our Coventry head office alongside our recruitment and onboarding team. In this role, we're looking for someone who can join us up to 37 hours a week (we're open to part time working!)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR- Experience as a recruiter.
- If you've recruited operational roles (technicians, electricians, drivers etc), or high volume campaigns, that would be a bonus.
- A passion for providing an amazing experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- A confident communicator, able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders and not afraid to push back and manage expectations.
- Organised, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Experience using recruitment technology, candidate management systems or HR systems is desirable.
