Resourcing Business Partner - Birmingham, Hybrid - 3 days in the office
- Salary: £35-£40K plus 15% bonus
Oakleaf is partnering with a large construction business in their search for a new Resourcing Business Partner. This role will be based in Birmingham 3 days a week.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Resourcing Business Partner to join a high-performing HR team supporting one of the UK's most ambitious infrastructure programmes.
The OpportunityAs a Resourcing Business Partner, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across a designated business area. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to design inclusive, efficient, and effective recruitment campaigns-from briefing through to onboarding. This is a high-contact, high-volume role that plays a key part in shaping the workforce and contributing to a wider legacy within the infrastructure and public service space.
Key Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment campaigns, from job briefing to onboarding
- Develop inclusive recruitment strategies and advise on assessment tools
- Manage job adverts, sourcing channels, and candidate pipelines
- Deliver outstanding candidate and hiring manager experiences
- Maintain ATS records and produce campaign reporting and metrics
- Manage offers and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain talent pools for specialist and frequently hired roles
- Support compliance with EDI, GDPR, Right to Work and other legal requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Strong track record in managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns
- Excellent administrative, time management and prioritisation skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Strong understanding of resourcing operations and inclusive hiring practices
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment with high-volume recruitment needs
- Competency in using HR systems and applicant tracking tools
- Knowledge of employment law, GDPR and equality legislation
