Resourcing & Immigration Compliance Officer

University Hospitals of Northamptonshire (UHN) is recruiting two Resourcing Compliance Officers to lead recruitment activities, ensure NHS Employment Check Standards and UK visa sponsorship compliance, and support safe employment practices across the Trust.

The role will drive compliance across recruitment processes, act as a subject matter expert on sponsorship and immigration, and provide guidance to managers and teams. There are two posts, 35-37.5 hours per week.
