A key part of this role involves providing resource planning support for our Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs), ensuring alignment with service delivery goals and operational efficiency. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external partners, including a small, collaborative team, to enable smart, data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement across operations. We're looking for someone who is proactive and detail-oriented to support operational excellence through data management, process improvement, and validated scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Planning: Validate short- and medium-term work schedules to meet operational commitments. Seek overtime and allocate additional resources when required.
  • BPO Collaboration: Work closely with our BPO partners to coordinate resource planning, share insights, and ensure consistent performance across outsourced operations.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collate and analyse data using established tools and formats. Provide insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
  • Project Delivery: Contribute to projects by working within defined plans to achieve specific goals and milestones.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships across the organisation and with external partners, delivering high-quality services with support from senior colleagues.
