Job Description

  • Coordinate and manage resource allocation across multiple projects and teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support resource planning efforts.
  • Assist with scheduling and prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address resource requirements.
  • Provide administrative support for resource management processes and procedures.
  • Monitor resource utilisation and suggest improvements to maximise efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management on resource allocation and usage.
  • Support the secretarial and business support department with ad hoc tasks as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Resource Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in resource management or a related administrative role.
  • Professional Services experience.
  • Resource experience, either coordination or advisory level (ideally).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with professional services environments is advantageous.
