CONTRACT TYPE - Part Time - Permanent

RATE OF PAY - £12.92 plus excellent benefits!

HOURS - 22.5 hours per week - 3 days out of 7

Join Our Team as a Resort Driver at The Celtic Manor Resort! Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for a professional, guest focused Driver to join our Transport and Concierge team at our world class resort.

What We're Looking For
  • A valid D1 Driving Licence (PCV Licence desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in a guest focused role (hospitality experience is a plus).
  • A proactive, professional attitude and a passion for exceeding expectations.
What You'll Do
  • Provide a 5 star transport service for guests across our stunning resort.
  • Ensure our fleet of vehicles is immaculately maintained and presented.
  • Offer a warm Welsh welcome and assist guests with luggage, golf clubs, and more.
  • Support our Sense of Arrival team to create that all-important first impression.
  • Drive guests to various resort locations and off site venues.
