Job Description
Valuer - Residential Valuations Team (BROE Auctioneers)

This position involves managing and overseeing written valuation in Dublin. It is a permanent or part time role working within a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Registered Valuer (SCSI) or IPAV TEGOVA, qualified in Red Book and Blue Book standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of work.
  • Strong organisational skills, able to work independently and flexibly handle tasks.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships.

The Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct valuations for financial institutions, probate, family law, projects, HSE Fairdeal Scheme, CGT/CAT, Revenue, and LPT.
  • Inspect and measure properties to ensure high quality deliverables on time.
  • Collect payments to prevent bad debts and occasionally attend court for family law cases.
  • Support business development for the Valuations Department and build referral relationships.
  • Contribute to the team's annual business plan and achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Comply with professional standards (RICS/SCSI/IPAV) and ensure quality in valuation work.
  • Pursue professional development and maintain accurate records using relevant technology.
  • Uphold Company Values and take responsibility for personal growth and market knowledge.

Location: DP's office in Baldoyle, Dublin 13.

Consultant - Commercial Red Book / Blue Book Surveyor

Smith Property is seeking an experienced and commercially minded consultant capable of undertaking commercial valuation assignments independently and to the highest professional standards.

The role involves supporting the continued expansion of our professional valuation and advisory services division across a broad range of commercial, mixed use, investment, and development property instructions throughout Ireland.

Operations Manager

This role oversees day to day operations, ensuring excellent communication, efficient handling of maintenance and compliance matters, and the smooth running of operational and property management functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing operations for a residential property portfolio.
  • Maintaining high service standards for landlords and tenants.
  • Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and interacting with contractors and service providers.
  • Supporting the property management team to ensure tasks are actioned effectively.
Senior Property Negotiator (Broe Auctioneers)
  • Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a busy team.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the residential sales market with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Ability to effectively develop market share.
