Residential Town Planner - Developer-Side Growth

FutureGen Recruitment is seeking a Planner to join an established housebuilder in the East Midlands. This position involves supporting the planning strategy for residential developments, preparing applications, managing consultants, and liaising with authorities. Ideal candidates will be MRTPI qualified or working towards it, with experience in planning from either consultancy or developer perspectives. This role offers excellent exposure to the full development lifecycle and the chance to join a developer with a strong pipeline of sites.
