Residential Surveyor Remote Working Full or Part-Time Up to £70,000 OTE + Car Allowance

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly respected and growing surveying organisation, covering Dartford and South East London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Surveyor looking for flexibility, pre-booked appointments, dedicated administrative support, and the freedom to manage their own workload.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out residential valuations and Level 2 home surveys across your designated geographical area
• Produce accurate, professional reports using market-leading technology
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing your workload effectively
• Work towards achievable performance and income targets within a supportive team
• Maintain professional knowledge through ongoing training and industry updates
• Ensure all surveying work is completed in line with professional, regulatory, and compliance standards

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualified
• Newly qualified SAVA Surveyors will also be considered
• Previous experience conducting residential surveys and valuation reports preferred
• Strong knowledge of residential property and surveying principles
• Excellent organisational, communication, and report-writing skills
• Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Full UK driving licence
