Residential Surveyor Upto £60K Basic, Upto £77K OTE Car Allowance + Healthcare Remote Working Full-Time

We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business, covering the Croydonarea.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced surveyor with a minimum AssocRICS qualification, looking to work remotely while carrying out mortgage valuation surveys and Level 2 surveys across an established regional patch.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out mortgage valuation surveys across your regional patch
• Complete Level 2 residential surveys
• Provide accurate and professional residential surveying reports
• Manage your own workload and diary on a remote basis
• Deliver a high standard of service to clients and stakeholders
• Use leading surveying software for efficient report writing
• Maintain strong communication with clients and relevant parties

Residential Surveyor requirements:

• Minimum AssocRICS qualification
• At least 2 years' post-qualified experience
• VRS experience
• Experience carrying out mortgage valuations and Level 2 surveys
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organisational skills and ability to work independently
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
