Residential Surveyor

Employed or Consultancy basis role on a part-time or full-time basis

Due to expansion and increased business levels, our clients who act as both consultants and surveyors offering a full range of surveying and valuation works, are currently looking to add to their team in Suffolk. They are open to experience, however, AssocRICS qualifications and a minimum of 2 years in the industry are essential.

Working hours:

• As a Surveyor, you'll be required to work full-time Monday - Friday for an employed role. Consultancy work is available on a part-time basis.
• Remote working

Our client is offering the successful Surveyor:

• Employed basis: £50,000 - £60,000 basic + commission structure offering £80,000 - £90,000 OTE per annum.
• Consultancy basis: 60/40% split in favour of Surveyor.
• Professional fees paid.
• Mileage paid for those who have their own car.
• Car allowance is negotiable.

Surveyor requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Surveyor - ideally general practice surveyor but open to residential surveying experience.
• Minimum AssocRICS qualified.
• UK driving license.
• Ideally access to own car.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
