Children's Residential Support Worker

Location: Nelson

Pay: £12.69-£13.31 per hour plus £30 per sleep in

What You'll Do

As a Residential Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.

Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.

Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.

Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.

Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.

Where You'll Do It

Our home is a solo home with 1 young person living there that's been there for just over 12 months, we have a good committed staff team that work hard to improving the lives of the young people.

The young person makes us all happy to complete our jobs as we can see the progress they are making each day. Our team work together, allocate job roles and collectively solve problems to meet the young persons needs.
