- Permanent 25 hours per week
- 3 days on, 3 days off rolling rota
Our rota operates on a 3-week cycle as follows:
Week 1- Wednesday: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm (split shift)
- Friday: 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm
- Saturday: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm (split shift)
- Sunday: 7:00 am - 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm (split shift)
- £13.31 per hour
- Permanent 25 hour contract
- 3 on / 3 off rolling rota

You'll spend part of your day supporting residents with everyday care, companionship and independence.
The other part is leading your shift, supporting colleagues, solving problems, making decisions and ensuring every resident receives outstanding person-centred care.

You'll be a great fit if you:- Have experience as a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Supervisor
- Have around two years care experience
- Can confidently lead a shift
- Genuinely enjoy helping others develop
