Prosper Fingal is looking for two compassionate, motivated Social Care Workers to join our Residential Services team in Rush, Co. Dublin. If you are passionate about supporting adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to live full, independent and meaningful lives, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Residential Social Care Worker, you will:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities.
• Promote independence, choice, dignity and community inclusion.
• Support individuals with daily living skills, personal development and achieving their goals.
• Encourage participation in community life and meaningful activities.
• Build positive relationships with the people we support, their families and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated residential team.
• Ensure supports are delivered in line with HIQA Standards and Prosper's values.

What You will Need

We are looking for someone who is:

• CORU registered as a Social Care Worker (essential).
• Qualified with a QQI Level 7 or Level 8 degree recognised by CORU.
• A full, clean manual driving licence holder (essential).
• Passionate about supporting adults with intellectual disabilities.
• A positive team player with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledgeable of HIQA Standards and person-centred practice.

Experience in disability or residential services is desirable, but above all we are looking for someone who shares our values and wants to make a genuine difference.
