Prosper Fingal is looking for two compassionate, motivated Social Care Workers to join our Residential Services team in Rush, Co. Dublin. About the Role

As a Residential Social Care Worker, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities.
  • Promote independence, choice, dignity and community inclusion.
  • Support individuals with daily living skills, personal development and achieving their goals.
  • Encourage participation in community life and meaningful activities.
  • Build positive relationships with the people we support, their families and colleagues.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated residential team.
  • Ensure supports are delivered in line with HIQA Standards and Prosper's values.
What You will Need

We are looking for someone who is:

  • CORU registered as a Social Care Worker (essential).
  • Qualified with a QQI Level 7 or Level 8 degree recognised by CORU.
  • A full, clean manual driving licence holder (essential).
  • Passionate about supporting adults with intellectual disabilities.
  • A positive team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable of HIQA Standards and person-centred practice.

Experience in disability or residential services is desirable, but above all we are looking for someone who shares our values and wants to make a genuine difference.
