Residential QS: Cost Control & Subcontractor Lead (Hybrid)

Careeriser-Limited in Ireland is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join a leading property developer on residential new-build projects including houses, duplexes and apartments. You will support cost management, subcontractor payments and contract administration.

The role requires a degree in Quantity Surveying and 3-5 years of relevant Irish experience, familiarity with Cubit or Cost-ex, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
