Job Description
Overview

Senior Residential Property Solicitor (Legal Director) - Kent office of a UK Top 50 practice. Salary £90,000-£120,000, depending on experience. Requires 10+ years' PQE specialising in residential property law.

Responsibilities
  • Advise a broad client base on acquisition, disposal, financing of high-value freehold and leasehold properties, as well as complex conveyancing transactions.
  • Manage an exclusive caseload of high-value residential property files and oversee quality and timelines.
  • Develop relationships with estate agents, property finders and key referrers, supporting the strategic growth of the practice.
  • Lead and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to their development and client service delivery.
  • Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and participate in networking and business development activities.
Qualifications
  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 10 years' PQE specialising in residential property law.
  • Extensive experience handling complex, high-value residential conveyancing matters with excellent technical expertise.
  • Strong commercial awareness, client relationship development and business generation track record.
  • Proven leadership - supervising junior colleagues, managing teams, and delivering exceptional client service.
  • Solid financial management skills, strategic thinking and experience driving practice growth.
