Residential Property Solicitor 3+ PQE
Hertfordshire up to £60,000 (depending on experience)

An excellent opportunity has become available for a highly regarded Top 200 law firm based in Hertfordshire. The firm are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional to join their Property team working on high value matters.
This role would suit a legal professional looking to manage their own caseload, build strong client relationships and work alongside experienced senior lawyers within a collaborative team.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Residential sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold matters
- Re-mortgages and equity release
- Shared ownership
- Lease extensions
- Supporting senior lawyers on more complex transactions
- Providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining excellent client relationships
Alongside managing your own caseload, you will have the opportunity to contribute to networking, marketing and business development activities, while continuing to develop your knowledge and expertise within Residential Property.
The team places a strong focus on quality client care, professional development and delivering a high-quality service, with technology used to improve efficiency and the client experience.

- Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) or Licensed Conveyancer
- Experience handling a broad range of residential property matters
- Ability to work independently
