Residential Property Solicitor

Location & Salary

Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk
Salary: £50,000 £70,000 (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, and remortgages.
• Provide expert advice on freehold and leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, and higher value or new build developments.
• Take ownership of cases from instruction through to completion, maintaining high client service standards.
• Build and maintain long term client relationships and contribute to the firm's growth.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4 years' PQE as a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or chartered legal executive.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and proven ability to manage files independently.
• Excellent organisational, communication and commercially aware advisory skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude and commitment to exceptional client service.
• Interest in business development and high value or new build transactions is an advantage.
