An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Solicitor to join a highly respected, long-established law firm with multiple offices and an excellent reputation across the region.

This is a fantastic chance to become part of a thriving property department handling high-quality residential conveyancing work within a supportive and professional environment.

Hybrid Working Available - Following successful completion of probation, enjoy 2 days working from home each week.

The Opportunity

You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:

• Residential sales & purchases
• Remortgages & equity release matters
• Freehold & leasehold title checks
• Transfers of equity & matrimonial transfers
• Supporting and mentoring conveyancing assistants
• Building and maintaining local client relationships
• Cross-referring opportunities across the wider firm

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing residential property files independently
• Strong technical conveyancing knowledge
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Local market knowledge advantageous
• Professional, organised and commercially aware approach
