Residential Property Solicitor - Legal 500 Firm - Hybrid Working

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established Legal 500 firm in Cheshire. You will be working for a well-supported firm that is part of a larger group. The ideal candidate will be around 5 years' PQE, however for the right person, they are flexible on this. You will have to come from a Residential Property/Conveyancing background, working with a well-regarded law firm. Ideally, you will be proactive, motivated and have the ability to offer advice that achieves the best result for the client. You will also have to have the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with your clients and colleagues. In this role, you will be playing a key role in managing your own caseload of Residential Property Transactions from inception to completion. You will also have to provide expert legal advice whilst working closely with clients to ensure smooth and efficient service.
